Cleanliness and hygiene
The materials from which SURY is made allows it to be properly cleaned and sanitized under running water using ordinary dishwashing soaps without spoiling them. Wipe with a sponge, rinse and let the trays air dry.
Raw or cooked foods will be able to come in direct contact with the surface of SURY serving trays without any problem.

This set of serving dishes really a product to be loved. Since I purchased them, I never miss a chance to use them again and again. I give you a personal tip, wash them well under running water at the end of each use. The wood is beautiful but you have to treat it well to prevent it from getting damaged.
